Our stay at Holiday Inn Auckland Airport was nothing short of amazing! The environment was peaceful, family-friendly, and surrounded by greenery. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The bathtub was a great addition, providing the perfect way for our family to unwind and relax. The quality of the products was excellent. We also loved the free parking right next to our room, and the gym was well-equipped. The pool was pleasant, though a bit cold. One extra star goes to the pillows—each of us had two, and the pillowcases were embroidered with "Firm" or "Soft." It was an incredible touch to ensure everyone’s comfort. We were impressed with the luggage scale at the entrance and the efficient check-out process. When my son accidentally left his ring at the pool, we called after we had already left for Hamilton and Rotorua. The staff had kept the ring safe and were happy to hold it for us until we could pick it up. The toilets near the entrance were spacious and spotless, and the indoor garden area was simply beautiful and calming. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly (loved the huge fishtank behind them in the wall). Comfortable clean rooms. The buffet looked small but was good with continually changing food options and great price. The lounge bar atmosphere was lovely, had different options of seating and kid friendly. There is plenty of parking, which is great. Close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again when flying in and out of Aotearoa. I chose to stay here due to the feedback rating.

Neat little gym open 24/7 - nothing fancy but has all the basic equipment. The shuttle bus to the airport costs 8$ per adult and the service was great and easy! Large and nice bathtub. The nightlight in the bathroom is a nice touch.

Close to airport with regular bus service to accommodation, front of house staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable with plenty. Rooms were relatively clean though several marks were on carpet. Complex facilities were great both gym and pool areas were clean and easy to access. Room service was delivered early with a large variety of options. Offer luggage storage and scales for weighing luggage at reception area.

This is a little oasis in the middle of a very busy area. We had a downstairs King room with its own little garden outside area near the pool. It was very quiet and it suited us with our car hire return one minute away and the airport close. There is a regular bus if needed . We took half board which was good value for the money and enjoyed our stay.
